“That’s Cullen Quigley.”

As Campaign Manager of Macy’s Media Network, Cullen Quigley oversees a portfolio of over 20+ advertisers for the in-house retail media organization serving both Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s. Quigley joined the growing MMN team in 2022 with a mission to inspire customers and help them discover a wide breadth of brands and targeted advertisements. In his first 6 months on the team, Quigley has executed 110+ campaigns generating a whopping $10MM in revenue utilizing MMN’s onsite, onsite-video, sponsored product, and off-site social ad capabilities.

Macy’s Media Network reaches more than 46 million customers across Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s, bringing home more than 440 million transactions online and in-store. In 2021, MMN delivered $105MM in net revenue to Macy’s Inc. and successfully secured exceptional numbers in 2022 for the new department.

Quigley’s robust work ethic was integral to the success of the high volume 2022 year of Macy’s Media Network’s core business growth. Through a well-seasoned approach to the digital media landscape, Quigley excelled in providing clients with stronger return-on-ad-spend (ROAS), click-through rate (CTR), and optimizing overall performance & benchmarks. Quigley also remains a strong advocate and member of two Macy’s employee resource groups, ‘Aspiring To Lead And Succeed’ (ATLAS) and PRIDE, our LGBTQIA+ ERG.

Prior to joining Macy’s, Quigley held full-time digital media and partnership roles at Showtime Networks, and TED Conferences following an incredible tenure of 6 undergraduate internships from the Miss Universe Organization, The Hershey Company, NBC’s TODAY Show, South Korean startup Vingle, and two opportunities at Cincinnati’s leading healthcare provider, Primary Health Solutions. From earning his first television credit for managing social media analytics at the 67th Miss Universe Pageant in Bangkok, Thailand to being a balloon handler in the 2022 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Quigley has had exceptional first-hand experience of all facets of digital media and how they coincide.

Quigley is a native of Dayton, Ohio now currently residing in New York City. He holds a B.S. in Journalism from Ohio University and is currently enrolling in M.B.A. programs to further his education. In his spare time, Quigley enjoys singing in the New York City Gay Men’s Choir and participating as an athlete in Big Apple Recreational Sports, a premiere LGBTQIA+ league. As an individual born at the turning point of Millennial and Gen Z cohorts, he looks forwards to the ever-changing media landscape in the new year.
